About me
I am Carl De Meester, a skilled program and project manager with a successful social and reintegration services sector background.
My expertise lies in social inclusion and youth approach services. I am certified in PRINCE2 Project Management.
As a professional, I believe in the importance of inter-field collaboration. We should operate within our expertise and seek collaboration with other fields, such as Education, Culture, Sports, and Reintegration.
Through this collaboration, we are creating a complementary range of services for young people and adults.
I was employed at the 's-Hertogenbosch municipality for twenty-two years, specifically within the Work and Income sector of Weener XL.
During my career, I held several functions:
- Work consultant
- Team manager
- Program Manager for Youth Approach
- Project leader international projects as coordinator and partner
In March of 2023, I launched my company, MAISTRO, focusing on Erasmus+ Projects in Social Inclusion.

As an innovator, my role involves overseeing processes aimed at helping groups identify and execute ideas and solutions for a particular issue.
I encourage using innovative ways based on principles such as creative problem-solving and associative thinking.
Ceramist

- The atelier specialises in ceramic products.
- Besides producing a collection of artworks inspired by Art Nouveau and Art Deco, the atelier also focuses on applied art.
